This course focuses on building efficient multi-disciplinary partnerships to ensure effective services for young children and families. Additional focus will be paid to establishing connections and collaborative relationships with cross-disciplinary providers which offers parents and families opportunities to explore the range of services to best meet their unique needs.

• Identify 2 strategies to effectively cultivate cross-sector partnerships.
• List 2 strategies for effective teaming.
• Explain the importance of coordination and service planning in IPMH
CE Credit: Attendance to this training series meets the qualifications for 2 hours of continuing education credit for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and/or LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Meraki-Minded Professional Development is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s.
